Now, I am not a nutritionist but, as my weight will attest, I do love my food! I’ve tried just about every energy bar, flapjack, gel, mintcake, sweets, oatcakes, rice cakes, biscuits, fruit-based snacks etc. out there. Some are pretty good but I think the old-school energy solutions are the best. In this section I will share my nutrition tips – if you don’t like porridge, chocolate and peanut butter, there is very little point in returning to this page haha!
